BLACKBOARD:  KU's Blackboard

SYLLABUS:  Syllabus in PDF form

I have posted the updated syllabus here. These links should all work when you are using an on-campus computer.

If off-campus, some of these links may not work. I posted the syllabus on BlackBoard in PDF and HTML formats. I was advised that if you are off campus, you can go through BlackBoard to get to those links. Unfortunately, the problems seem not to be solved. At this time I see no advantage to using either of the versions of the syllabus placed on BlackBoard.

Therefore, when you can't get an article using links in the syllabus above:

If you want an NBER Working Paper, go to the following web page:
                http://papers.nber.org.www2.lib.ku.edu:2048/papers.html

and where it says "Bibliographic Search for Working Papers only" enter
information about the paper you seek (e.g. the paper's number OR author
and title. Then the paper should show up in the search results.

And all other articles (I believe) that you can't access with the syllabus above are
accessed at JSTOR. To get to them, go to the following web page:
                http://www.jstor.org.www2.lib.ku.edu:2048/

and in the "SEARCH the COLLECTIONS" window enter information
(e.g. author(s) AND/OR title of article). Then the paper should show up in
          the search results.

In either case, you will probably be asked to give your Online ID and Password
          to link with these articles.

LECTURE NOTES: Can not be published here, but can be found on BlackBoard
