Hierarchical Scan Description Language

A hardware description language, a subset of VHDL. Although developed independently, it can be regarded as an extension of BSDL. It not only deals with the device-specific implementation of IEEE1149.1, it also describes how the devices are connected to the board(s) and how they may be connected to backplanes etc.
