Jack Winerock

Professor of Piano

Jack Winerock, a native of New York City, received his undergraduate and masters degree at the Julliard School of Music and his doctorate from the University of Michigan. He has performed all over the world, from Paraguay to Poland. A noted teacher, he has recently received a Kemper Award. More information is available on his departmental webpage at:

Jack Winerock has recorded the Three Keyboard Sonatas by Alexander Reinagle (teacher of George Washington's children) for the Musical Heritage Society (MHS 3359) and the Concerto for Piano and Winds by Stravinsky for Golden Crest Records.
